2 dead in Golden Glades shooting

Third victim in critical condition

MIAMI – Police are investigating a shooting that happened outside a home at 770 South Biscayne River Drive in Northwest Miami-Dade Saturday night where four people were shot.

Police said the victims were seated in a parked car when two other cars ambushed them and fired a series of shots.

The injured men drove to a nearby convenience store, where one of them died.

A second man was airlifted to JMH, where he died.

Police said the third victim ran to a nearby McDonalds, were he collapsed and was later taken to Ryder Trauma Center. He is listed in critical condition.

There was a fourth man that was with the other victims, but he was not injured.

"I hear 'Pow, pow, pow, pow...' at least 20 times, one after another," said Brad Watson, who lives near where the shooting took place.

Police aren't certain how many people opened fire during the shooting. They are looking for those suspects and urge anyone with information to call Miami-Dade Crime stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
