One man walked into the store talking on his cellphone. The man then walked to the counter, pointed a gun at the clerk, and ordered her to the stockroom, said Broward Sheriff's Office deputies.

Inside the stockroom, the clerk opened the back door and two more men came in. The three men then stole a shipment the store had just received and moved it to a waiting U-Haul van. About $20,000 worth of cellphone equipment was stolen.

One robber is described as being of average height, weighing about 240 pounds with medium-length dreadlocks. He was seen on the video wearing a red shirt and black pants.

The other two robbers are described as being of slim build. One was last seen wearing a red shirt and red baseball cap; the other had short hair and wore a black shirt and black pants. The men were dressed similar to Radio Shack employees, said deputies.

Radio Shack employees said Tuesday that the manager on duty during the robbery has been on leave. The company was providing her with counseling.

BSO plans on issuing a subpoena to U-Haul to find out who rented the van.

Anyone with information about the robbery should call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS or the BSO Robbery Department at 954-321-4270.
