BSO releases sketch of armed robber

2 men rob maintenance supervisor at Lakeside Condominiums in Lauderdale Lakes

LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – The Broward Sheriff's Office released a sketch of one of the gunmen who robbed a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex in Lauderdale Lakes.

The robbery happened at the Lakeside Condominiums, located at 2416 NW 39th Way, on Jan. 21.

The maintenance supervisor was walking toward his golf cart when the first armed robber approached him and ordered him to the ground, say BSO.

When the maintenance supervisor got on his knees, a second man snatched his gold chain.

The victim wasn't injured.

The first armed robber is described as 21 to 25-years-old and 5 feet 10 inches tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a cream-colored cap.

The second armed robber is also described as 21 to 25-years-old and 5 feet 10 inches tall with a thin build. He was last seen with a low-brush haircut and wearing washed-out blue jeans.

Both robbers spoke with Haitian accents. They stole the maintenance supervisor's wallet, gold chain, keys, and two cell phones.
