The incident happened at Kids in Distress, located at 819 NE 26th Street, about 3:30 a.m. Jan. 7.

According to Wilton Manors police, an anonymous tip on Friday led them to Denby.

The tipster told detectives that a couple days after the crime, Denby confessed to assaulting the teens.

After Denby was identified, investigators found out that he was on a cruise that left the Port of Miami late Friday afternoon.

Detectives worked closely with port authorities and customs agents. When the ship docked on Monday morning, Denby was arrested.

Investigators say he made a full confession, giving details that corroborated the statements made by the teen victims and witnesses.

Meanwhile, Kids in Distress fired two staff members who they say should have been watching the girls. The organization is reviewing it's security procedures and as a precaution will no longer accept children older than 12 years of age until administrators feel sure they can adequately supervise them.
