MIAMI – A man accused of stalking Miami Commissioner Marc Sarnoff is arrested, accused of contacting the commissioner through an electronic message.
If Reid Welch did contact Sarnoff, it would violate an injunction stemming from Welch's previous arrests after being accused of stalking Sarnoff.

Sarnoff claimed that Welch has stalked him for several years.
But, Welch said videos he has posted on YouTube showing clashes with Sarnoff prove the commissioner is to blame for the sometimes violent run-ins.
Sarnoff declined to comment Friday.
