DAVIE, Fla. – Florida Gov. Rick Scott is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at Broward's 5th annual "State of Our County" forum.
Other speakers include Broward County Public Schools Superintendent Robert Runcie, Broward County Mayor Kristin Jacobs, and Florida Department of Education Commissioner Dr. Tony Bennett.
