MIAMI – U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) is on the cover of TIME magazine this week.
There is a picture of Rubio with the title, "The Republican Savior: How Marco Rubio became the new voice of the GOP."

It has been a whirlwind two years for the Republican from West Miami.
He upset former Gov. Charlie Crist in 2010 to win the U.S. Senate seat and rose quickly through the ranks of the Republican party.
Rubio released his memoir last year and is considered an early favorite to win the GOP nomination in the race for the White House in 2016.
