Police said he took the gun out on the bus and aimed it at his sister when she refused to give him any of her Dorito's chips, and simulated firing the weapon.

The bus driver saw the BB gun through his rear-view mirror and pulled the bus over at 6200 Wiles Road and called 911.

Police brought the boy and his sister to the police station for questioning. They were later released to their mother.
