According to police report, the 21-year-old victim said Dr. Dadesky Saintil, 37, had been treating her for nine to 10 days after she injured her groin area during an accident while climbing a ladder.

She claims on her last visit Wednesday, Saintil climbed on top of her, forcing her to have sex with him against her will. She said he stopped once she started to raise her voice, telling him "no."

The victim told police an employee was present but did not hear anything since he was seated at the reception desk.

Police said the results of the victim's medical examination were inconclusive because the suspect was wearing a condom.

Investigators collected the victim's clothing and multiple DNA swabs as evidence.

Saintil faces a charge of sexual battery.
