MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A Miami man is accused of kidnapping and beating his 23-year-old pregnant girlfriend last week after he found out that the woman had cheated on him, police said.
According to an arrest report, Jorge Pizano, 31, and the victim were sitting in Pizano's car July 19 arguing about how she allegedly had sex with another man.
Police said Pizano drove the woman to an unknown location, bound her hands with packaging tape and covered her mouth with tape.
He then ordered her to the back of his car, where he punched the woman in the face until she passed out, police said.
Pizano drove his girlfriend back to their home and made her stay in a room, where he also forced her to have sex with him multiple times, the report said.
Police said the victim is 6 weeks pregnant and has a 2-year-old child with Pizano.
The woman told detectives that Pizano also punched her in the stomach and told her, "I want you to lose the child."
Pizano was arrested the next day on charges of kidnapping, sexual battery and aggravated battery on a pregnant woman.
