Man accused of sexually assaulting sisters during home invasion arrested

Schadrack Jean, 31, arrested on warrant Thursday

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A man accused of sexually assaulting two sisters during a home invasion in northeast Miami-Dade was arrested Thursday.

According to Miami-Dade police, Schadrack Jean, 31, forced his way into the victims' apartment May 21 in the area of Northeast 195th Street and Northeast Second Avenue and robbed and sexually assaulted the two women.

Local 10 News reporter Glenna Milberg spoke to the victims several days after the attack, who said that Jean followed the younger sister into their home at about 5:30 a.m.

They said the man pointed a gun at them and their brother and made them undress.

"I was cooperating the whole time," the 20-year-old sister said. "I did everything he said. He had a gun to our head. I didn't know whether the gun was loaded and I didn't what he was capable of."

After sexually assaulting the woman, Jean took the woman's 27-year-old sister into another room and raped her, the siblings said.

"It's not a good feeling, someone entering home, going and doing things unwillingly," the older sister said.

The brother was not physically attacked.

Police released surveillance video of a man leaving the apartment after the home invasion, whom they later identified as Jean.

Jean was arrested on a warrant and faces multiple charges, including armed sexual battery, aggravated assault with a firearm, home invasion robbery and battery.
