PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A Pembroke Pines man was arrested Friday after he threatened to ram a woman's car in his development because she was taking too long at the entrance gate, police said.
According to an arrest report, the victim was looking for her driver's license to give the security guard at the gate when Jamie Roberto Vinaixa, 29, pulled up behind her and started honking his horn and flashing his lights.

Police said Vinaixa told the woman to hurry up or he was going to "ram her."
The victim told police that once she entered the community at 16100 SW Fifth St., Vinaixa began to chase her throughout the community and was getting close as if he was going to ram her car with his truck.
She said he also turned off his headlights, making it difficult for her to see him.
Police said the victim circled her community while calling 911, and Vinaixa continued to yell out his window that he was going to ram her.
According to the report, Vinaixa crashed into a stop sign as he was turning off Southwest Eighth Street onto Southwest 161st Avenue, causing damage to both his truck and the stop sign.
Police said he left the scene without calling authorities or informing the security guard.
Vinaixa was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, reckless driving and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Police said he admitted to hitting the stop sign and turning off his headlights, but denied trying to hit the victim with his truck.
