FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Fort Lauderdale police are searching for the person who shot a man on Monday.
The shooting was reported early Monday afternoon in the area of 1014 NW Fifth Ave.

Sky 10 was above the scene at 1:40 p.m. and saw what appeared to be the victim's sandals marking the spot where he was shot.
Fort Lauderdale police Det. Keven Dupree said the victim was taken to Broward Health Medical Center in critical condition. He was pronounced dead later in the day.
