DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. – Two people were injured after a Tri-Rail train collided with a pickup truck Wednesday night in Deerfield Beach.
The collision occurred near Northwest 49th Court and Northwest Ninth Avenue about 7 p.m.

Broward Sheriff's Office deputies said the collision produced a small fuel leak that firefighters quickly contained.
Two occupants in the truck were transported to Broward Health North. Their conditions were not immediately known.
There were 250 passengers on the Tri-Rail train at the time, but no injuries were reported.
