MARY ESTHER, Fla. – One Florida woman learned the hard way that it's better to pray after a car crash than before one.
The NWF Daily News reports that the 28-year-old woman crashed her car into a house in the Florida Panhandle town of Mary Esther on July 7.

According to the police report, the woman told deputies that she was praying before the crash and had been driving with her eyes closed.
The woman failed to stop and an intersection and drove into the front of a home.
The unidentified woman, who was hospitalized for observation, was cited for reckless driving with property damage.
