DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – A 35-year-old father said he used his foot and his fist to beat up a neighbor he found sexually abusing his son Friday morning.
The 11-year-old victim told police that a group was playing video games. His friends left. His dad left to buy food. He was alone with Raymond Frolander, 18.

When the boy's dad walked in he jumped to beat up Frolander. The boy told police that Frolander had been abusing him since he was eight. Frolander was charged with sexual battery and was being held without bail. The father was not charged.
