Florida Panthers' going pink in game against Los Angeles Kings

Proceeds to benefit Susan G. Komen foundation of Miami/Fort Lauderdale

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers' rink is going pink Sunday, in honor of breast cancer awareness month.

The afternoon game against the Los Angeles Kings will have a "Pink the Rink" theme and raise money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Miami/ Fort Lauderdale.

A portion of ticket proceeds and parking payments will be donated to the organization.

Breast cancer survivors are invited to watch the pregame warm-ups from the penalty box. Fans in attendance will also be given a complimentary draw-string bag.

The second home game of the season starts at 3 p.m. at the BB&T Center.
