Miller St. Vil and Martha Dieuvet told police they tried to get Noel to leave, and that's when police said Noel pulled out a .32 caliber handgun and opened fire.

Neither St. Vil or Dieuvet were hit. Dieuvet said there were two children next to her when Noel opened fire.

Noel then took off running.

Officers said they found him a few blocks away from the shooting scene.

The officers said they found 22 grams of marijuana on Noel.

They also found a .32 caliber semi-automatic handgun about 15-20 feet away from Noel.

The two victims were taken to the scene and they both positively identified Noel as the man who opened fire at their home.

Noel was arrested and taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.

He's charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of aggravated child abuse and other charges.
