HIALEAH, FLa. - Angel Dominguez, 87, was drinking Cuban coffee in the kitchen when Hialeah police arrived at his home to arrest him Saturday, police said.
Hialeah police found his wife and sister-in-law, who was in Hialeah visiting from Cuba, dead at his home, 229 W 45 St., Friday.
His sister-in-law, Hidelisa Echemendia, 80, died of a single gunshot wound, police said. A witness told police her body was in a pool of blood in a bedroom.
Blesilda "Tita" Dominguez was also dead, but police have not released the cause of death. A witness told police her body, which did not show signs of trauma, was in the living room floor.
"I shot Tita's sister and it caused Tita to have a heart attack," a witness told police the grandfather said Friday.
