Roque-Garcia  had 10 license suspensions on his record, four revocations and was labeled a habitual traffic offender, police said.

Upon his arrest for driving with a suspended license, police linked Roque-Garcia’s vehicle to the sites of four vehicle burglaries in which tools were taken out of the beds of pickups parked in Home Depot parking lots.

Roughly $10,579 worth of tools were reported stolen, police said.

Garcia has been charged with driving with a suspended license, grand theft and burglary.

Hialeah police are continuing their investigation of Roque-Garcia, whom  they believe may be connected to similar vehicle burglaries in the city.
