KEY WEST, Fla. – A Hialeah man wanted on a first-degree murder charge was arrested early Monday in the Florida Keys.
Monroe County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Chuck Kellenberger was at the north end of the Seven Mile Bridge about 2:30 a.m. when he saw a group of people fishing in a no-fishing zone, sheriff's spokeswoman Becky Herrin said.

As Kellenberger approached the group, he saw they were packing their things and getting ready to leave, but Kellenberger asked for their identification, Herrin said.
Upon checking their names, Kellenberger discovered that one of the men, Yoan Chavez Estenoz, 41, had an outstanding warrant of first-degree murder from Hillsborough County.
Estenoz was taken into custody. Herrin said he will remain in jail until he can be returned to Tampa to face the charges.
