DAVIE, Fla. – A man accused of stabbing another man to death inside a Davie trailer has been arrested.
Lance Larocca faces a murder charge in the death of Richard Perry.

Davie police said officers discovered Perry's partially decomposed body Monday inside a trailer at a warehouse complex where he had been living.
Detectives said Perry had last been seen with Larocca and Larocca's girlfriend, both of whom are homeless and have been known to frequent the warehouse area.
Larocca's girlfriend told police Larocca told him he stabbed Perry to death after an argument inside the trailer.
Detectives said Larocca later confessed to the crime.
