MIAMI – Another ultra-luxury brand has made its mark in Miami, but this one has changed the skyline.
Aston Martin Residences Miami is the newest kid on the block, at 300 Biscayne Boulevard.

It would be the first residential and architectural project for the brand, best known for its luxury vehicles, which date back to 1913, according to the company’s website.
Also a first, it stands as the tallest all-residential building south of New York.
Residents can create their home space with an Aston Martin design team.
Constuction started back in 2019 for the 66-story building. The address houses 391 ultra-luxury condominiums where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay
According to the company, 99% of condominiums have already been sold and one in eight homeowners own an Aston Martin.
One of which was previously listed for a whopping $56 million.
