PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. – A parking enforcement officer who goes by the nickname “Too Nice” was arrested on multiple child sex abuse charges after authorities say he allegedly had sex with two minors earlier this year in Palm Beach County.

Deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said they responded to a domestic dispute which resulted in a 15-year-old girl being Baker Acted at a hospital in the area.

The victim’s father told PBSO deputies that he received a phone call on Feb. 8 from his daughter’s school, the Study Lounge in Delray Beach, after a staff member told him that she overheard the victim talking about selling pictures of her feet on the internet.

When the father confronted his daughter, authorities said she became extremely violent and had to be held down by her father after she began destroying the house by breaking glass vases inside.

Shortly after the incident occurred, the victim’s father told PBSO deputies that he went through his daughter’s phone and discovered several naked photos and videos of her and her 15-year-old friend along with several text messages and CashApp transactions that indicated that the pictures and videos had been sold.

Deputies said the victim’s father provided them with a text chain from 37-year-old Michel Gede, also known as “Too Nice.”

Authorities said the text thread confirmed that Gede arranged to have sex behind a Publix supermarket located at Delray Market Place with one of the victims.

Gede’s arrest report states that the payment for the alleged sex act was a DoorDash gift card so the victim could purchase a Plan B pill, which is an emergency contraceptive to avoid pregnancy within three days of unprotected sex.

PBSO deputies said they were able to get a hold of the second victim’s mother and informed her of her daughter having sex with an unknown male, who she said was also 16 years old.

The second victim also told deputies that the first victim had sex with Gede, who paid her with a $20 gift card.

On Feb. 9, a Florida Department of Children’s and Families investigator responded to John F. Kennedy North Hospital in West Palm Beach where they interviewed the first victim.

The victim told deputies that she and her friend first met while attending high school together in Boca Raton and later enrolled in the Study Lounge, which advertises itself as a “study center for home school students that also provides supervision and tutoring services,” according to Gede’s arrest report.

The first victim confirmed to police that her dad found CashApp transactions totaling approximately $300. She told deputies that she didn’t have a job and admitted to selling nude pictures of herself and her friend on a phone application called “Hobition.”

Authorities said the app advertises that “females can make money by communicating with older men.”

While attending school at the Study Lounge, the victim stated that she left campus to have sex behind the marketplace at least two times.

Authorities said after the victim and Gede exchanged text messages, the victim said she would exchange nude pictures and oral sex in exchange for the Plan B pill.

Investigators also stated they found a text message from Gede to the first victim that said, “So yea, when we gonna f---.”

Authorities also said that text messages and an interview with the second victim revealed that he had sex with her as well, and on a separate occasion, paid her $140 for oral sex.

Jail records show Gede is facing two counts of human trafficking with a minor, lewd or lascivious battery, and one separate charge of battery of a child.

His bond information is unknown at this time.
