South Florida remembers victims of 9/11

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The City of Coral Springs is hosting a 5K Remembrance Run/Walk on Sunday morning for the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

The events starts at 7:30 a.m. at the Northwest Regional Library, 3151 North University Drive.

Registration is $25 for adults and $20 for children under 18 years old.

Proceeds will go toward the maintenance of the memorial site and toward future September 11th memorial services.
