MIAMI - A woman who was drunk when she fell overboard from a Carnival ship is suing the cruise line.

Sarah Kirby fell seven stories overboard.

She was forced to float for nearly two hours before being rescued.

Kirby claims the bartender encouraged her to get drunk and the ship delayed rescuing her.

The cruise was diverted to Key West, but the woman says she should have been airlifted to Miami.

It is unknown how much she is suing Carnival for.
