The burglary occurred in March while the resident was out to dinner. She told detectives that a lollipop stick that wasn't hers was on top of a bedroom dresser.
Detectives said Crews has an extensive criminal history with an arrest record in Collier County dating to 1985. His DNA was already on file from a 2001 burglary in Sarasota.
