Police were first called to the address by a 911 call by Fahium Ali, 41, who said he had been shot by one of his neighbors.

When police arrived, Ali was on his cellphone, lying on a front porch. He told police his neighbor shot him.

According to third-party witnesses, Ali was making threats to shoot up the house, but he was only armed with a knife.

Terequon Williams, 30, drove up, parked his vehicle and was told what was going on, so he confronted Ali as to why he would want to shoot up the place, according to the arrest affidavit. The home was where his sister and her children lived.

Williams then started screaming at Ali, who ignored him. Ali turned away, still not seen with a gun, and Williams, according to a witness, fired several shots into Ali's back, the arrest affidavit said.

Ali fell to the ground. Williams fled in a dark Nissan Altima.

Williams was arrested Friday and was charged with second-degree murder. He made his first appearance in bond court, where he received no bond.
