A lawn maintenance worker died Monday after getting trapped under his lawnmower in a pond at a Boca Raton golf club, authorities told WPBF.
The incident was reported at 11:15 a.m. in the 1100 block of Broken Sound Parkway Northwest.

Authorities said the mower overturned, rolled down a hill and landed in the pond, on top of the victim.
The worker was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The small pond is located on the Broken Sound Golf Club.
The victim's identity has not been released.
