She said she had drank several alcoholic beverages and followed Montero to a nearby parking garage.

The victim claimed Montero told her to give him fellatio and when she refused said, "You don't want to see my crazy side. I am going to get that (expletive.)"

Police said Montero then raped the woman against a car, and then took her to his home where she was raped several more times before he allowed her to leave.

According to police, Montero admitted to knowing the victim, and said he sold her drugs and stated that she offered to give him fellatio in exchange for the drugs.

Police said Montero also admitted to be under the influence of numerous narcotics at the time and said he didn't remember anything.

They said he denied raping the woman.
