Memorial held for Ryan Uhre

DAVIE, Fla. – A memorial mass was held for Ryan Uhre on Sunday. Family and friends gathered at Saint Bonaventure Catholic Church to remember the FSU student.

Uhre's body was found in an abandoned building in Tallahassee last week. He was last seen alive on Super Bowl Sunday.

"We will always think about him. He is home now," said Andrew Ball.

In a touching moment after the service loved ones released balloons in Uhre's memory.

Uhre's brother, Alex, played "Amazing Grace" on the bagpipe.

"Two years ago Sundayday was the first official Emily and Ryan date that he took me out in Tallahassee," said Emalie Styles. "It's rough, and seeing that brought back a lot of memories."

Investigators have not said what Uhre was doing on the roof of the abandoned building or how he ended up dead inside of it.
