According to court documents, Nedd filed fraudulent income tax returns between Feb. 1, 2014, and July 18, 2014, for 2013.
Federal authorities searched Nedd's home on Feb. 12, 2015, and found items containing personal identification information, dates of birth and Social Security numbers of hundreds of people.
Agents said they also found a safe in his bedroom that contained numerous debit cards and computer-generated printouts from the Florida Department of Children and Families database.
Investigators said Nedd confessed to illegally filing the tax returns from his home.
