Michael Brown family attorney talks about grand jury

Michael Brown's family against the presence of the National Guard, family's attorney says

ST. LOUIS – It has been about four months since St. Louis County police officer Darren Wilson killed Michael Brown.

Brown's family was waiting anxiously Tuesday for the grand jury's decision on whether or not to file charges against Wilson for shooting the unarmed teen dead in the middle of the street.

The prosecutor's office said a decision could come in mid-November.

Florida attorney Benjamin Crump is representing Brown's family. Crump also represented the family of Trayvon Martin, after George Zimmerman killed the unarmed teen in Stanford, Fla.

Crump said Brown's family was disappointed with Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon's decision to declare a state of emergency and call the National guard.
