Putting olive oil in coffee is hardly a tradition in Italy, but that didn't stop Starbucks founder and CEO Howard Schultz from launching a series of beverages doing just that in Milan, the city that inspired his coffee house empire. Starbucks is adding some new drinks to its menu, and they’re infused with extra virgin olive oil.

The Oleato drinks, initially put on menus across Italy, will start appearing on menus in the US and Canada on Tuesday.

The national chain will add an oat milk latte infused with the extra virgin olive oil; and a new toffeenut iced shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream infused with extra virgin olive oil into a cold foam.

The drinks add a spoonful of unflavored oil, which adds about 120 calories to the drink, according to Starbucks.
