Suspects fled with woman in car

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – Pembroke Pines police are asking the public for information about a man who reportedly assaulted a woman at a Burger King on Sunday, then forced her into a car and took off.

According to police, a witness reported seeing a woman walk into the lobby of the Burger King at 8913 Taft Street and go to the bathroom. The woman then left the bathroom and a short time later, walked back in. A man then followed her into the bathroom.

Police say he is a black man in his 20s. He's about 6 feet tall, slim build and has black hair. He was last seen wearing a white tank top.

The witness then heard a commotion, walked into the bathroom and saw the suspect pushing the woman's head into a toilet.

The man and woman then left the restaurant and the woman was forced into a waiting 4-door Infinity G35, 2009-2011 model with a spoiler in the rear and a University of Miami sticker in the back window.

The driver of that car is described as a Hispanic man with dark curly hair.

The witness said the man was overheard saying, "You're going to die today and I'm going to be the one to do it."

Police say the victim is a black woman in her 20s. She's about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, has shoulder length hair and was wearing a purple shirt.

The car was last seen going south on Douglas Road.
