NORTH MIAMI, Fla. – Police on Monday arrested a 37-year-old man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend at a Denny's in North Miami.
Police charged Sean Barnes with attempted murder, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, and shooting a deadly missile.

According to police, about 12:30 a.m. at 12105 Biscayne Boulevard, Barnes and his ex-girlfriend got into an argument. When she went to the bathroom, he followed and shot her.
The woman was listed in stable condition.
