Healthy eating on Super Bowl Sunday

Better Bean Dip

Serves 8-10

8 oz. whippedĀ cream cheese

8 oz. low fat shredded cheese

16Ā oz. Hormel vegetarian chili

In shallow glassĀ pie dish or casserole dish, layer in this order: cream cheese on the bottom, chili next layer, and top with cheese. Ā Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until cheese bubbles.

Baked Nachos

Serves 4-6

Bag of Baked Tostitos Scoops

15 oz. Old El Paso fat free refriedĀ beans

12 oz. low fat shredded cheese

OnĀ cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil (ungreased),Ā spread the Tostitos out, "scoop side" up. Spoon refried beans evenly onto the chips (it is thick so it requires some work!). TopĀ with shreddedĀ cheese. Ā Broil (on low if possible) for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and brown.
