Restaurant where owner allegedly dumpster dived for spoiled food ordered shut again

South Florida IHOP, Ruby Tuesday also ordered shut

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. ā€“ State records show China Buffet was ordered shut again last week.

This is the second time the Deerfield Beach restaurant has been ordered shut in as many weeks.

The owner of China Buffet was caught on camera "dumpster diving" after their first closure on May 25.
State records show 10 complaints against China Buffet from April 2015 through June 2016.

Ruby Tuesday in Davie and International House of Pancakes in Pompano Beach were also ordered shut last week due to roach issues in the kitchen.

Records show Snapper's Fish & Chicken in Pompano Beach had a rodent issue and was also ordered shut.

Below is a list of places and some of their violations. All the place listed have been allowed to re-open following an ordered clean up and re-inspection.

No restaurants in Miami-Dade County were ordered shut for the second week in a row.
