Rodent activity discovered under buffet at Hialeah restaurant

Records show problem existed under fresh fruit buffet at China Buffet

HIALEAH, Fla. ā€“ State records show rodent activity was discovered directly under the buffet at China Buffet in Hialeah last week.

Records show the problem existed under fresh fruit buffet area of the restaurant.

State records also show more than 350 rodent droppings were discovered throughout Saveur Tropical Restaurant in Pompano Beach.

A stop sale was ordered on unshelled peanuts because they had been contaminated by rodent droppings.

La Bodega on Kendall Drive was also ordered shut for the third time this year. That restaurant has a continuing roach issue, according to inspectors.

Below is a list of places and some of their violations. All the places listed were allowed to re-open following an ordered clean up and re-inspection.
