PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A tractor-trailer overturned Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 75 in Pembroke Pines.
Sky 10 was above the wreck as the 18-wheel truck was on its side in the grass median near the Pines Boulevard exit.

It was not immediately known how the truck overturned, but tire tracks could be seen in the grass.
Traffic was moving slowly in both directions near the crash.
