Chuck Eber was only 58 when he died of a heart attack in August. Allison decided to send his remains to his daughter in Florida so they could be scattered across his favorite fishing spot in the Keys.

But when her daughter received the package, it had been opened and both urns were removed. Only his flannel shirts were inside the box, which was split open.

"It just felt like I lost him all over again," Allison said.

She tracked the package from post offices in New Hampshire and New Jersey, before its arrival in Florida. She hopes by spreading her story she can find her husband's ashes.

"I'm hoping its just sitting on someone's desk and they just don't know who it belongs to."
