9 players and four coaches got together in California to get ready for the start of the season.

Dwyane Wade tweeted out a picture and wrote, "2015-2016 squad with a few guys missing."
Wade was joined by James Ennis, Gerald Green, Hassan Whiteside, Udonis Haslem, Josh McRoberts, Mario Chalmers, Chris Bosh, and Justise Winslow.
The coaches who joined the Heat players were head coach Erik Spoelstra, Juwan Howard, David Fizdale, and Keith Smart.
It's an early sign of unity for a team determined to get back to the playoffs after an injury-plagued 2014-2015 campaign.
