COCONUT GROVE, Fla. – LeBron James is taking his talents from Coconut Grove.
According to the LA Times, LeBron's Coconut Grove home is now under contract.

The former Heat star was initially looking for $17-million.
The deal is reportedly for $15-million.
LeBron paid $9-million for the property in 2010, the year it was bought.
The home is 12,178 square feet.
It features a guesthouse, security quarters, a 4,500-square foot patio, and dockage for up to two 60-foot yachts.
