MIAMI – The Miami Heat are expecting guard Josh Richardson to return to action on Friday.
Head coach Erik Spoelstra said, "He's had a healthy approach the last 4-5 weeks to prepare."

Richardson has been out with a foot injury.
Fellow second-year player Justise Winslow is also making progress.
Winslow's shoulder is no longer in a sling, as he works his way back from surgery.
Spoelstra said of Winslow, "He may be arguably the most excited guy in the gym. We have to be methodical with his rehab."
Miami ended the first half of the season winning 14 of their last 16 games.
The Heat are two games back of the final playoff spot in the East.
