DAVIE, Fla. – Kiko Alonso will be staying with the Miami Dolphins.
Alonso agreed to a three-year contract extension with Miami.

The linebacker's deal is worth $29 million, with $18.5 million guaranteed, according to Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post.
Alonso was a key playmaker on the Dolphins defense in 2016.
He started 15 games and posted a team-high 115 tackles (69 solo).
His interception and touchdown return sealed a win against the Chargers.
The Dolphins also confirmed a visit by free agent linebacker Zach Brown.
