MIAMI – Heat star Dwyane Wade will have a special role on All-Star Saturday night.
Wade has been named the captain of the Eastern Conference team.

Wade tweeted that he was excited about the honor, "Excited about being captain of the Est and raising money for charity on All-Star Saturday. @CP3 better have his West guys ready."
All-Star Saturday night will raise $500,000 for several charities.
