MIAMI – A Miami-Dade Circuit Court judge added a no drive order Thursday to the charges a man faces in connection with a fatal crash at a bus stop in Miami Gardens.
Mark Derefaka, 29, faces several charges, including vehicular homicide and driving without a valid license.

Miami Garden police believe Derefaka was speeding, causing him to crash in to a bus bench outside a CVS pharmacy at Northwest 199th Street and 2nd Avenue on Oct. 23, 2012.
Police say Derefaka was speeding and swerved around a slower moving car, hit it, and then plowed through a bus stop where several people were waiting. Both cars were going eastbound on 199th Street.
Mary Smith, 83, was killed. Five others, including Eric Quinn, were injured.
