Bieber accused of attempted robbery, LAPD says

Justin Bieber was being investigated Tuesday in connection with an alleged attempted robbery, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed with multiple news outlets.

Bieber had not been arrested, but was accused by an unnamed person, Officer Rosario Herrera with the Los Angeles Police Department told the Los Angeles Times.

TMZ reported the incident occurred at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park where Bieber and his friends were hitting balls in a batting cage.

The alleged victim told the entertainment website the incident started when the pop singer accused her of taking pictures with her phone.
