PALM BEACH, Fla. – Beachgoers in Palm Beach were shocked to find a large yacht washed ashore Wednesday morning.
The 72-foot "Time Out" was seen aground in the waves near Palm Beach Inlet after sunrise.

WPTV reports that the boater, Thomas Henry Baker, 63, was arrested after he admitted to drinking at the time of the incident.
Thomas told police that he had been drinking Long Island Ice Teas and "failed to navigate his vessel into the Palm Beach Inlet and ran the vessel into the beach."
According to WPTV, the Coast Guard claims to have received a report about the yacht at 2:15 a.m.
Baker faces a charge of boating under the influence.
