ORCHID PARK, N.Y. – The Miami Dolphins were doomed by familiar problems in Buffalo on Sunday.
The Bills beat Miami 29-10 in the Dolphins first road game of the season.

The Fins suffered a big injury in the first quarter when running back Knowshon Moreno went down with an elbow injury.
He did not return to the game.

Special teams proved to be a major problem for Miami.
The Dolphins had a punt blocked (it led to a field goal) and Miami allowed C.J. Spiller to return a kickoff 102 yards for a touchdown. Rookie Jarvis Landry also muffed a fourth quarter punt.
Ryan Tannehill's protection was once again an issue.

Tannehill was sacked on consecutive plays in the second quarter.
Mike Wallace made an outstanding catch for the Dolphins in the third quarter.
His one-handed catch cut Buffalo's lead to 16-10.

However, the Bills answered when their rookie Sammy Watkins scored on a 12-yard touchdown pass to extend Buffalo's lead to 26-10.
In the 4th quarter, a key Dolphins drive was stopped on 4th and 1 when Tannehill's bootleg attempt was stopped.
Miami (1-1) hosts Kansas City on Sept. 21.
